It is essential that families complete their students’ emergency card information each year to ensure we have the most recent information on file for your child here at school. Please update your child’s emergency card on HCPSS Connect and note that updated information is required for student field trips. Incomplete emergency cards may result in students not being able to participate in field trips.
Log in to HCPSS Connect and select the Family File tab.
This must be completed each school year.
