Parent-Teacher conferences will be held virtually on Monday, November 22nd, Tuesday, November23rd, and Wednesday, November 24th. Each conference will be fifteen minutes in length. This is a great opportunity for you to discuss your child’s progress in school and learn about their school day. All conferences will be held virtually unless you put in a request to meet with your child’s teacher in-person. In-person conferences will be held outside of this conference window.
If you are requesting an in-person conference with your child’s teacher, you will be required to use the PinPoint platform to show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 at least five school days in advance. Learn how to access and use the PinPoint VaccineCheck platform.
Once you schedule your conference, the code will be on your conference confirmation. Your child’s homeroom teacher will be sending out specifics about this. If you child had been assigned a Chromebook, we encourage you to login using your child’s credentials, so that the teacher sees who is requesting access.
Once you enter the Google link, you will be put in a “holding space” until the teacher admits you. Many conferences will be back-to-back, please only log on one minute before your designated time. If you are having technology challenges, send an email as your child’s teacher or reach out to the front office at 410-313-5006.
Beginning Monday, November 8th at 6:00 AM, you can log into HCPSS Connect to view and select from the time slots provided by the teacher on the days identified above. If you do not have access to HCPSS Connect, please call the school for assistance at 410-313-5006. You will have access through Thursday, November 19th at 11:59 PM to schedule your child’s conference. Please contact your child’s teacher or the front office if you have any questions or need assistance.
