For those with students currently in Kindergarten through 4th grade, see message below:

We have begun the process of wrapping up an exciting school year. This summer, your child's Chromebook and charger will be stored at school in a secure location and returned at the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year. We will collect and inventory devices and chargers beginning June 6th. If your child is participating in an HCPSS Summer Program, including Academic Intervention (AI) or Extended School Year (ESY) or a GT Summer Institute, please print out the Google Doc attached, complete the form, and turn in by June 10th, so your child may keep the Chromebook at charger during the summer. At the conclusion of the HCPSS Summer Program, your child may keep the Chromebook and bring it to school on August 29, 2022.

For those with students currently in 5th grade, see message below:

This summer, your child may keep their Chromebook and charger for HCPSS Summer Programs or home use. Your child will use the Chromebook and charger in middle school next year and should take it to their new school on August 29, 2022. If your child will not attend an HCPSS school for the 2022-2023 year, the device and charger must be left with EES' inventory and should be left with the EES office staff.

For those with students currently in Pre-K, see message below:

This summer, your child may keep their Chromebook at home to use for HCPSS Summer Programs, including Extended School Year (ESY) RECC, and to access Family Connections. At the conclusion of the HCPSS Summer Program, your child may keep the Chromebook to use during the 2022-2023 school year. If your child will not return to Elkridge Elementary School (EES) or another HCPSS school next year, please have your child return the Chromebook on or before June 17, 2022.
