At the July 14th meeting, the Board of Education voted to approve changes to Policy 10010 – Distribution and Display of Materials and Announcements. The most notable change is that organizations will now solely distribute information through HCPSS electronic channels, such as Canvas. Approved materials will be published on the HCPSS Community News and Programs website, which is user-friendly and searchable.
