When registering for conferences, an issue has been discovered that causes both boxes for in-person and virtual conferences to display for all the available time slots and, when one is selected, both are automatically selected for the same time slot. Additionally, the automated e-mail parents/guardians receive after scheduling the conference will include both. This issue is causing confusion on which type of conference has been selected.

Please see below for information on how you can confirm which type of conference you have scheduled. Parent-teacher conferences will be held on February 9th and 10th.

• Feb. 9th - Afternoon conferences will be held in-person from 1:20-4:00 PM.
• Feb. 9th - Evening conferences, for those teachers who are offering them, will be virtual starting after 4:20 PM.
• Feb. 10th - For those teachers who are offering them, these conferences will be virtual.

As a reminder, each Related Arts teacher will have a very limited number of conference times available for those families that have a specific concern regarding their child's grade. Please leave these time slots open for those that truly have a need to meet with the teacher.
