Elkridge Elementary School, in partnership with the Howard County Literacy Association, is pleased to offer the HCLA Young Authors' Contest for students in grades 1st through 5th. To enter, students in these grades can submit an original short story or poem via email or google drive to Katelyn_Barr@hcpss.org by December 11, 2023. EES winners will be selected by school-based staff and then entered in the Howard County contest. Winners will be invited to a special breakfast with the Reading Team!
