Complete Your Family File Each Year
HCPSS requires all parents/guardians to verify or update their child’s Family File in HCPSS Connect Synergy at the start of every school year. This ensures schools have accurate emergency contacts, health information, arrival/dismissal plans, and permissions.
New for 2025–2026: The Family File now includes a Secondary Science Safety Agreement, a combined Information Release section, and the ability to submit a change of address online.
To complete:
- Log in to HCPSS Connect Synergy.
- Select Online Registration (top right).
- Choose Family File Verification.
