PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES

Fall conferences will be held at EES on November 23rd-25th.  Parents are now able to sign up for conferences using the online Synergy Conference Management system. This new system is very similar to Pick-A-Time. The system will close on Friday, November 20th at 3:30pm.  If you need to schedule or change a conference after November 20th, you will need to call the office at 410-313-5006. Directions for scheduling conferences are listed below.

We recognize that many parents may want to conference with their child's math teachers but, in order to ensure that all parents have the opportunity to meet with their child's language arts teacher and to value the limited time that teachers have available, we appreciate your understanding in only scheduling a conference with your child’s homeroom/Language Arts teacher.

If you need to schedule a conference with a related arts teacher, please email the related arts teacher directly.  Email addresses can be found on our website.

GT Math Conferences:

GT math conferences will be open for 4th grade parents during fall conference times.  5th grade parents will be invited to schedule conference times with GT math teachers during conferences in February.
