Family File is the electronic format of the Emergency Procedure Card and can be found by logging in to HCPSS Connect. We anticipate that you will not have access your child/children’s teacher(s) until this is complete!! To date, 25% of families have completed this required process!
In the Family File section, parents can review and update contact information, medical considerations, privacy preferences, media release, and directory distribution preferences.

Once logged in, you should provide and update all contact information, medical considerations, and preferences. Please note, for returning parents, some information that was entered last year will be pre-filled, but it must be verified!
