As we have started to plan for the upcoming school year, we wanted to share a change with you. This year, we have decided to combine our Back-to-School Night (BTSN) and Open House into a single event. This decision was made because BTSN is the most attended event of the school year, and we would like everyone to be a part of it! By combining the events, we hope to foster an even greater sense of community and involvement. You will still receive your official EES postcard in the mail!

The combined BTSN/Open House will take place on Friday, August 23rd. Please see the times below:

• 12:30-1:00 PM: Preschool and Pre-K Open House
• 1:00-1:45 PM: New Student Orientation
• 2:00-2:30 PM: Gifted & Talented Presentation
• 2:30-3:15 PM: Kindergarten - 5th Grade 1st Rotation
• 3:15-3:20 PM: Transition
• 3:20-4:05 PM: K-5th 2nd Rotation
